Your new role
- Oversee and organise HR operations, including payroll, benefits, retirement schemes and system implementations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is up-to-date.
- Oversee employee relations and their well-being, and manage employee data.
- Lead and support system implementation and changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption, while collaborating with other departments
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years HR operations experience, including payroll, on/off boarding and system changes
- Experience in leading and managing system implementations and changes
- Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws
Native level Japanese, Intermediate - business English
