Your new company:
It is industrial technology conglomerate. Most of its products are test equipments. Its main customers are in Automotive, electrical manufacturing, and the government (Airspace, aircraft) industries.
Its business has been very stable and growing. To prove
that it exceeded its target 20% last year and even during covid era, pandemic did not affect their business. As it is going through some structure change in HR function, this position is new head count in the company and will be the person to create the new HR Operational systems.

Your new role:
- Oversee HR operations for whole employees
- Manage employee data
- Maintain smooth HRIS operations

What you will need to succeed:
- At least 2 years of HR Ops experience
- Data management skill (must)
- Customer services mind sent (Must)
