You will be part of this exciting business. Your new roles and responsibilities are as below.

-On-boarding and off-boarding delivery

-LOA programme management and delivery.

-Personnel transfers, employee contract management and other duties.

-Promoting the use of Success Factors (HCM) in HR operations in Japan.

-Implementing process improvements to deliver a superior end-user experience.

Global projects (team members will participate/lead in one or more of the following projects and other new projects:)

-General understanding of HR operations

-HR Generalist experience is welcome too

-Business level of Japanese and English

-Cross-team/function cooperative skills

-Salary up to 10M total

-High working flexibility (work from home and flex)

-Working with global team
