Your new role
- Lead and mentor a team in C&B area, ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and performance
- Oversee evaluation systems, work rules, and benefits while driving process efficiency and maintaining strong union relationships
- Manage key HR metrics such as headcount, labor costs, and overtime to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and provide trusted guidance
- Work closely with other managers to build a high-performing team and serve as a role model for continuous growth
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in related HR role
- Knowledge in C&B, payroll area, HR software and systems
- Experience in people management
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native level in Japanese
- English is a plus
