Your new role
- As a HR Manager, This role covers the full spectrum of HR responsibilities for Japan-based employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee development.
- It leads the end-to-end onboarding experience and promotes a strong cultural integration for new hires.
- Acting as the first point of contact for daily HR queries, it ensures smooth HR operations and supports regional HR initiatives across APAC. Building strong relationships and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive culture are key to driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ years of experience in HR
- Experience of TA
