Your new role

• As a HR Manager, This role covers the full spectrum of HR responsibilities for Japan-based employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee development.
• It leads the end-to-end onboarding experience and promotes a strong cultural integration for new hires.
• Acting as the first point of contact for daily HR queries, it ensures smooth HR operations and supports regional HR initiatives across APAC. Building strong relationships and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive culture are key to driving employee engagement and satisfaction.

• 6+ years of experience in HR
• Experience of TA
