Your new role

• Lead HR operations including C&B, payroll process, labour management, and HR systems
• Rebuild and execute the annual HR cycle and compensation structures
• Provide HRBP support to all departments and partner directly with the CEO on people strategy
• Manage employee relations and handle complex, ad‑hoc HR issues
• Drive transformation initiatives and support organisational change
• Lead direct sourcing and talent acquisition planning
• Oversee HR service delivery, transactions, and compliance processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Native Japanese; intermediate–business English
• HR experience, including strong HR operations (C&B/payroll)
• Experience in ER, HRBP, or handling complex people issues
• Hands-on capability with the ability to operate independently
• Strong stakeholder partnering skills in a multinational environment
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, creative, and changing organisations
