Your new role
- Supporting day‑to‑day Human Capital operations
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with HR automation and digitalisation initiatives
- Preparing documentation and reports across key HR activities
- Coordinating training, surveys, meetings, and internal HR projects
- Providing relevant data for payroll preparation
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to campus hiring or talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
