Your new role

You will managing HR team under this role and taking the global initiatives.

• Employee Relations:
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Communicate new policies and directives.
  • Conduct training classes.
  • Monitor turnover statistics.
  • Practice positive employee relations.
• 
  
• Program Management:
  • Prepare and maintain the HR budget.
  • Oversee wage and salary programs, including performance evaluations.
  • Recommend employee transitions (new hires, transfers, promotions).
  • Manage employee benefits programs.
  • Monitor Service Standards by Position training.
  • Participate in orientation programs.
  • Develop managers for future advancement.
  • Ensure Associate Opinion Surveys are completed.

What you'll need to succeed

- Business English

- Familiar with the hospitality industry
- over 10 years of HR experience
