Your new role

As HR Director for Japan & APAC, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple markets while providing operational HR support locally. This role requires a strong balance of regional leadership and hands-on execution, partnering closely with business leaders, global HR teams, and local stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

- People management experience

- Covering other regions than Japan
- Covering HR, Finance admin, Compliance tasks.
