Your new role
- Assist with on/offboarding processes and HR administration
- Support retail recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate visa applications and manage payroll vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide general HR support
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Native or fluent Japanese; intermediate to business-level English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, easy-going personality and ability to work in an international environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into an HR specialist role
