Your new role
- General support related to recruitment (interview/meeting arrangements, dealing with human resource companies, interview handling, candidate progress management, interviewer qualification application, new employee information organisation, internal introduction promotion)
- Candidate recruitment process management and follow-up
- Process payments to agents and job boards
- Information sharing with recruitment staff
- Human resources compliance operations (organising and saving CVs and statements of candidates for each position, support for audits and self-checks)
- Other temporary administrative processing and the above-mentioned incidental work, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years or more of working experience
- Those with recruitment experience are most welcome
- Business level for both Chinese and Japanese. It is a plus if you can speak English.
