You will cover a wide range of HR areas including, but not limited to :

- Managing inquiries about HR from employees
- HR support in terms of Recruiting, Allocation and absence from work etc
- Managing employee attendance and social insurance
- Stakeholder management
- Manage standardisation of HR process

What you'll need to succeed

Has 2 years of HR experience

Fluent Japanese, Business level of English
