Your new role
As one of our HR staff, this position will mainly support the HR admin team’s operations.

  • HR Data management : register employee information to HRIS, contract renewal etc.

  • Handling enquiry from employees (ex. change the commute route, visa renewal request, re-issue name tag / ID card etc.)

  • Internal paperwork (ex. employee transfer application, house contract etc.)

  • Support internal HR events (ex. Internal HR meeting, newly graduates’ events etc.), office inventory application etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ホテルの人事部もしくは、他業種の人事・管理部門でのご就業経験がある

  • 問題の解決と分析、モチベーションを維持しチームワークを大切に出来る

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力(他部署との連携ができる方

  • Microsoft Officeの操作に堪能である

  • 英語力 ※外国籍社員の対応に抵抗のない方
