Your new role

A dual role combining Head of HR and HRBP.

• Lead a team of 4–5 members
• Oversee the full HR spectrum, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organisational development
• Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, providing insight and translating business priorities into people strategy

• Act as HR representative for Japan
• Support alignment of HR strategy across business units in Japan
• Drive organisational change and challenge conventional practices where needed

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role with exposure to country-level HR responsibilities

• Experience in making and implementing HR decisions (not advisory-only roles)

• Experience leading small to mid-sized HR team

• Fluent Japanese and Business English
