Your new role

- Leading coverage of key institutional client relationships in Japan, both local relationships and inbound multinational relationships.

- Coordinating the delivery of the company's products and services to clients.
- Identifying client needs and crafting solutions, mobilizing partners across the firm ti inform, present, design and deliver solutions for clients.

What you'll need to succeed

- Financial industry experience (security service, investment banking, structured finance, global banking, real-asset, and tec)

- Team management experience
- Good communication skills (interaction with stakeholders, domestic clients)
- Fluent Japanese and English
