仕事内容
You will be leading a small and specialised team to assist in all things buyside compliance. This primarily consists of compliance monitoring of front office activity, drafting and reviewing company policies to adapt to the regulatory landscape, and working closely with other compliance, risk and legal colleagues. Some risk management responsibilities may also be assigned, which can be handled relatively simply using the company's internal risk platform.

対象となる方
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
1) 8+ years experience in buyside compliance
2) Fluent level Japanese with business level English
