- Developing global talent management strategies
- Recruitment and placement of talent

■Design and implementation of compensation systems
- Design and review of base salary, bonuses, and incentive schemes
- Analysis of compensation levels based on job evaluations and market research
- Development and implementation of policies for salary increases and promotions
- Designing the linkage between performance evaluations and compensation
■Planning and administration of employee benefits programs
- Management of systems such as social insurance, retirement plans, and health insurance
- Planning and introduction of employee benefits programmes
- Setup benefits systems in compliance with labour and tax laws
What you'll need to succeed
◇ Global Talent Management
- Professionals with prior experience as Global Heads or in Talent Acquisition leadership roles within comparable industries
- Experienced leaders in stakeholder management roles
◇ C&B Management
- Experts with operational experience in managing C&B programmes
- Proven leadership experience
