■Global Talent Management

• Developing global talent management strategies
• Recruitment and placement of talent
• Employee development and leadership programme

■Design and implementation of compensation systems

• Design and review of base salary, bonuses, and incentive schemes
• Analysis of compensation levels based on job evaluations and market research
• Development and implementation of policies for salary increases and promotions
• Designing the linkage between performance evaluations and compensation

■Planning and administration of employee benefits programs

• Management of systems such as social insurance, retirement plans, and health insurance
• Planning and introduction of employee benefits programmes
• Setup benefits systems in compliance with labour and tax laws

What you'll need to succeed

◇ Global Talent Management

• Professionals with prior experience as Global Heads or in Talent Acquisition leadership roles within comparable industries
• Experienced leaders in stakeholder management roles

◇ C&B Management

• Experts with operational experience in managing C&B programmes
• Proven leadership experience
