Your new role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized GM Assistant to partner closely with the General Manager and Japan leadership team.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the center of daily operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving business environment.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
