Your new role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized GM Assistant to partner closely with the General Manager and Japan leadership team.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the center of daily operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate domestic & international travel ✈️ (including full logistics and itineraries)
  • Organize meetings and act as a key point of coordination across teams
  • Support visits from overseas stakeholders (visa, hotels, transportation, schedules)
  • Assist with company events and internal initiatives
  • Handle expense reports, payments, and administrative documentation
  • Maintain contracts, legal documents, and company records securely
  • Support basic market research, reporting, and data analysis

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
