Your new role
- Manage daily general affairs and office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities)
- Oversee contract, documentation, and company record management
- Improve internal workflows and administrative processes
- Support finance operations (invoice processing, payments, documentation)
- Coordinate HR-related tasks including onboarding and administrative support
- Manage governance activities: board meetings, agendas, and minutes
What you'll need to succeed
- Hands-on experience in General Affairs / Admin / Back Office
- Business-level Japanese; English or Chinese communication preferred
- High attention to detail with reliable task execution
- Self‑starter who can organise work, prioritise, and act independently
