• As a customer support specialist in FX/CFD, you will have to deal with clients/customers issues with the trading platform, or give solutions or advice about using the trading platform.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1-2 years experience in customer support

• Native Japanese & Business English
• Preferable FX/CFD experience or have financial services background
