Your new role

• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Convert business requirements into technical requirements
• System design, coding, and implementation
• Code review and code quality maintenance
• Unit testing, verification, validation
• Deployment and rollback operations for DEV/STG/PROD environments
• After‑release monitoring and regular maintenance

• Work closely with PMs, tech leads, architects, and developers
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams
• Work with cross‑cultural and cross‑border teams (JP/SG/IN/CN)

• Understand whole product/system and propose technical improvements
• Anticipate future business needs and propose system enhancements
• Evaluate upcoming technologies and propose adoption roadmaps

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, new graduates, and interns

Identify growth opportunities and support skill development

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years software development experience
• Strong technical design & implementation skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
• Full Agile/SCRUM experience
• Team player with proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication with technical/non‑technical members
• High ownership mindset

• Java Spring (Boot + Batch)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• MySQL
• NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Git version control
• Jira or similar task management tools

• React or Angular
• JUnit (test automation)
• Sonar (code quality)
• Kafka or RabbitMQ (streaming platform)
• Jenkins (CI/CD)
• BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau)
• Experience with enterprise system architecture or data pipeline design
