Your new role

As a Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations from order placement to revenue recognition. This includes coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, handling import/export logistics, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting sales operations through accurate data entry in systems like SAP and Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order-to-invoice processes and contributing to overall business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in supply chain management and customer support, including import/export operations
• Business-level English and fluent Japanese
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
