FP&A Head

This leading international pharmaceutical pharmaceutical company is looking for an FP&A Head. Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the FP&A and Controlling aspects of the finance team, including forecast, budgeting, planning, and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to manage a team of 5, as well as maintain strong communication with business partners in other teams to communicate financial information with them. You will have the opportunity to directly support the Japan business to flourish, assuring that its finance systems run efficiently and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate would be a flexible and dedicated worker with good communication skills. Candidates should have about ten years of finance leadership experience. ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is a plus. It is a plus to have previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluent English (spoken and written) is also important for the job in order to communicate with the overseas headquarters.
