Your new role

As the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for the following and more:

• Lead the company's quarterly financial planning and budget meetings in partnership with the local leadership.
• Provide reporting on the market’s monthly/ quarterly business performance and reporting on financial targets.
• Oversee the management of salary and related, property, CAPEX, and general operating costs within the company, ensuring that approved ratios are met and that corresponding operating margin targets are maintained.
• Take ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring that the appropriate level of risk management is being applied to business decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 8 years of working experience in a senior finance role
• Able to communicate clearly and make presentations to management/ regional stakeholders in English and Japanese when required
• Hold strong financial and controlling understanding
• SAP and Oracle Business tool experience would be an advantage
• Able to give solid constructive business and financial solutions when required
