A global leader in travel management solutions is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Tokyo. The company is known for delivering innovative tools and services that simplify business travel and help organisations achieve cost efficiency and traveller satisfaction.

Your new role

• Prepare and analyse Client Profitability Analysis (CPA) reports
• Develop CPA models and reports for management and business requests
• Manage client data and fee model procedures in back-office systems
• Conduct client audits and update finance reports quarterly
• Support FP&A activities including transaction forecasts, monthly closing, and budgeting
• Handle ad-hoc projects and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commerce teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and finance processes
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
