Your new role

• Forecast, track, and analyze revenue and P/L
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business review package as a financial analyst.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
• Find opportunities and implement procedures to improve financial performance.
• Support preparing the annual operating plan, monthly and midterm forecasts, and a long-term strategic plan.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as MS Excel.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in Japanese
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
