You will be joining a rapidly growing AI × Robotics startup that is expanding its presence in Japan. Following the establishment of its new Japan entity, the company is strengthening its back‑office capabilities to support further market growth. This is an opportunity to build the corporate foundation of a new organisation from the ground up.

Your new role

As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of setting up and managing all finance, accounting, tax, and basic legal processes for the newly created Japan entity. Working closely with external tax and legal partners as well as global headquarters, you will design and operate the organisation’s financial infrastructure while executing hands‑on day‑to‑day tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, tax, or related areas in Japan
