What you'll need to succeed

• At least 15 years of accounting and finance experience, including 5 years at managerial level
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional service firm is essential.
• Strong background in both financial and management accounting and reporting
• Experienced with cross-border transactions
• Participated in and/or led financial accounting automation efforts
• Good understanding of Japanese taxes and accounting practices
