Your new role

• Manage large-scale IT and system development projects for financial institutions
• Provide PMO support including planning, risk management, and reporting
• Lead PMI activities during mergers and acquisitions (system and process integration)
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure project governance
• Support global projects responding to regulatory and market changes

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or system integration
• Knowledge of banking or insurance operations and large-scale system projects
• Experience in project management or PMO roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or similar certifications preferred; business-level Japanese required
