- Our client is a top 5 global listed healthcare company, with HQ in Europe and global revenues of over 50BN USD.

- In Japan, their medical device division has over 700 employees and sales revenues of over 800M USD and offices in Shinagawa-ku.
- Due to growth in their business, they would like to add an experienced FP&A professional to their team.

Your new role

- The Finance Business Partner would report to the Finance Manager and join a Finance & Supply Chain Team of 35 members.
- As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for sales & profit forecasting, budget control and financial analysis for Sales KPI/incentive setting & business case development.

- You will be expected to report your financial insights to build strategy and create dashboard & presentation materials for Senior Leaders
- Your key stakeholders will include the Finance Manager, CFO, Sales and BU Heads.

- You will have the opportunity to join local and global, cross-functional improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

- You will require a track record in FP&A, business planning or finance controlling.

- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Some Accounting experience is beneficial, e.g. Nissho Boki 2.
- Data analysis skills are beneficial, including, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerBi or Tableau
- Fluent Japanese and Business English required.
