What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certificate is a plus.
• Proven track record of Delivering results in progressively responsible roles, demonstrating a Strong aptitude for financial accounting and reporting.
• Excellent leadership abilities, With the capacity to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high Performance and drive continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance Accounting principles and standards, including JGAAP. Experience with IFRS17 is a plus.
