Your new role

As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of office support and some store support duties. These will include planning, execution and supervision of maintenance for office/company buildings, directly managed store facilities, and equipment. You will also help formulate maintenance plans (air conditioning systems, hall sound systems, electrical installations, etc.) and negotiate with contracted building management companies. You will help to ensure a comfortable, safe and healthy workspace (EHS, Security and BCP) for staff and manage projects, such as expansion, renovation and relocation. Some GA duties, including: arranging company-wide events. Reports locally to the Head of GA and works with global teams.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Facility Management experience

  • Fluent in Japanese and at least business level English.

  • Experience in office establishment and relocation projects Experience proposing and implementing office space improvements

  • Basic knowledge of fire safety, HVAC, electrical systems; health and safety awareness; CAD usage experience

  • Creation and editing of documents using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
