Your new role

Facility Manager roles in Mie and Hokkaido, providing on-site/hands-on support. Deal with day-to-day support, including office maintenance, repairs and client service requests (liaising with building management). Office space planning, managing mail room, office supplies and monitoring health and safety checks. You will also be involved in budgeting and cost control.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5yrs Facilities support in Japan. Good experience with hard and soft FM services. Willing and able to relocate and be based full-time in either Yokkaichi, or Chitose. Fluent Japanese and a minimum of business level English.
