【Your new role 】
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide direct support to the President (Japan/Korea) and assist with internal and external projects and communications.
Travel arrangements (visa, flights, hotels, dinners, souvenirs)
Calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing (SAP Concur)
Interpretation and translation (English ⇔ Japanese)
Planning and execution of internal events, CSR activities, and newsletters
Corporate governance support (Board meetings, company seal)
Coordination with global teams and executive visitors
【What you'll need to succeed 】
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
5–6 years of general administration or executive assistant experience
Strong English/Japanese translation and interpretation skills
Excellent interpersonal and confidential handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Agile, flexible, and eager to learn
Native Japanese, Business-level English
Willingness to travel domestically (approx. 20%)

Location: Akasaka area, Tokyo (nearest station: Akasaka)
Working hours: 9:00–17:45 (60-minute break, 7.45 hours/day)
Overtime: Yes
Salary: Based on experience and skills
