Your new role

  • Proactively manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics based on manager preferences
  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and ensure timely approvals
  • Organize and maintain files, contacts, and communications using related tools
  • Coordinate meetings and events with attention to detail and global team needs
  • Support onboarding, visitor coverage, and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in related industry, field is a plus
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
