Your new role
- Proactively manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics based on manager preferences
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and ensure timely approvals
- Organize and maintain files, contacts, and communications using related tools
- Coordinate meetings and events with attention to detail and global team needs
- Support onboarding, visitor coverage, and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in related industry, field is a plus
- Fluent in Japanese and English
