Your new role

As a bilingual Executive Assistant, you'll be in charge of:

• スケジュール管理・調整、ミーティング手配、出張手配、経費精算、会食手配、タクシー手配　等
• データ管理、プレゼンテーション資料作成、通訳・翻訳　等

What you'll need to succeed

• 外資系企業でのExecutive Assistant経験　３年以上

• 外国人付Executive Assistant経験

• 日英バイリンガル（通訳も可能なレベルの方）※帰国子女、海外の大学出身者希望

• Globalメンバーとの業務経験(メール,電話,Online会議でのコミュニケーションを自らとり、相互に協力し個々のタスク完了まで対応することができる)

• マルチタスクに慣れている方、同時進行に優先順位をつけて処理できる方

• グループ会社のEAと良好な関係を築きながらスムーズに業務を進めていける方
