Your new role
- Provide full executive support to the CEO and CFO (calendar management, travel, logistics)
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, investors, and external partners
- Manage documents, communications, and expense processing
- Support external communication and draft correspondence on behalf of executives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders where required
- Prioritise and manage multiple requests efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Optimise executive workflows to enable focus on strategic decision-making
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary supporting senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy, responsiveness, and confidentiality
- Strong IT literacy (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
