Your new role
Assistant to Regional General Manager
Maintain RMD Calendar:
- Appointment / call arrangement
- Meeting/teleconference set-up
- Remind & drive RGM the daily schedule
- RMD travel itinerary
- Travel applications
- Ticket arrangements
General Affairs duties
Manage facility matters
- Arrange for repair of office facilities when needed.
- Work with Sumitomo to schedule cleaning and maintenance of the office.
- Prepare Evacuation Route, Fire Defense Plan and execute fire drill
- Ensure the annual building electricity blackout is controlled and known to all teams ahead of time.
- Prepare necessary documents for the Business Continuity Plan with direction from HR Manager.
- Communicate with landlord and inform employees of necessary information
- Control and manage AED and Fire Extinguisher. Prepare necessary foods for emergency supplies.
- Control locker for all office keys
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced as EA/PA at least 3 years
Intermediate PC skills
Proactive skills and easy adapting to environments
What you'll get in return
