Your new role
As the Personal Assistant to the Principal Architect and President, you will provide high‑level executive support while also driving key HR, GA, and administrative operations.
You will manage schedules, coordinate business travel, prepare documents, assist with expenses, arrange seasonal gifts, handle occasional interpretation/translation, and support events and approvals.
Beyond PA duties, you will take ownership of HR operations (recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, HR documentation, foreign employee support), office management, expense and invoice handling, basic legal document management, and contribute to PR tasks such as website updates and newsletter editing.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organised, and working closely with international leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
Business‑level English
Experience supporting foreign executives as a PA/Secretary
Highly organised, mature, proactive, and able to multitask
Strong communication and follow‑through skills
Ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday (9:30–18:30; slight variations depending on company schedule)
