Your new role

• Analyze, evaluate, and report on electrical quality issues and customer-related cases.
• Evaluate and approve electrical aspects of 4M changes, including design and process changes.
• Drive improvements to manufacturing processes, jigs, and tools to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and lead improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in electrical design, development, manufacturing, or quality assurance/quality control in manufacturing.
• Able to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic electrical knowledge with reporting skills and a willingness to communicate in English.
