Looking for a Data Strategist/Analyst who will work across an exciting range of areas, interacting with other data team members, and working closely with the strategy, customer experience, technology, digital solution, and creative teams. This person will report to the Head of Data and Analytics, Tokyo.
Data Strategist/Analyst is responsible for supporting the team on assigned projects and accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting client’s data requirements on all data-driven marketing activities.
- Prove track record developing data strategies to help clients understand the use of data and to solve problems that lead to revenue growth.
- Identify, collect and analyze data from different sources to support clients’ data analysis including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data.
- Analyze current digital / Martech platforms and touchpoints, data storage systems and processes of clients and provide recommendations on long-term improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business with focus on data analytics, preferably gained in a digital or marketing environment
- Good understanding of CRM and digital marketing such as social media and email marketing
- Ability to read and interpret data transforming into useful content
- Good understanding of CX and being able to define customer journeys
- Strong analytical statistical understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level
- Business level proficiency in Japanese
- Being able to communicate in English both verbally and literally, and willing to learn and grow in a English-speaking environment
