Your new role

The position is located in the APAC Service team and primarily serves Japanese-speaking customers in Japan across all Lines of Business. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Japan CS center located in Tokyo. This includes managing around 100 in-house employees and ensuring the smooth running of the site.

What you'll need to succeed

The required skills for this role include

  • Knowledge of contact center management tools, employee recognition and reward practices, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills are necessary to generate proposals and reports.
  • Fluency in English is required, and experience with COPC, PMP, and 6sigma is preferred.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of contact center management experience and a proven track record of success.
