Your new role

In the role of Counsel, you will take a proactive approach to managing regional corporate laws and contract administration. You will oversee legal documentation and agreements across a diverse range of types. You will provide advice and management on emerging legal trends and risk issues. Furthermore, you will facilitate the sharing of specific high-level legal knowledge both internally and externally, in addition to handling other related compliance matters.

What you'll need to succeed

An attorney, admitted to the Japanese Bar or from other international jurisdictions, who is proficient in both Japanese and English at a business level, and possesses substantial experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
