Global IT Leader looking for a standalone Senior Corporate Counsel paying up to 20M!

Your new company

This global IT consulting company is the top in its sector, providing next-generation digital services. Implementing AI-powered core to support and prioritise the execution of change. To capitalise on the company’s continued success, they are looking for a senior corporate counsel to lead their Japan legal enterprise.

Your new role

You’ll effectively work standalone leading the legal initiative and reporting to the APAC General Counsel overseas.
Support on day-to-day legal counsel, mainly commercial contracts, lead the corporate legal function, aligning with global and local regulations with multiple cross-team collaborations.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
  • 10+ years of Legal experience
  • Ideally fluent in English & Japanese
  • B2B, IT, Fintech, Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Bengoshi or Foreign Qualified Lawyer welcomed
