Your new role
  • Manage relationships with regulators, customers and external advisors on compliance issues affecting the business.
  • Provide guidance to staff on compliance and/or regulatory issues.
  • Trade Surveillance, internal monitoring to identify misconduct through trading activities – market manipulation, spoofing, insider trading
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 3–5 years of wholesale compliance experience in the financial services industry
  • Native Japanese and fluent English
  • Equity-Derivatives product knowledge will be preferred
