Your new role

• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the local compliance and ethics program
• Partner with business teams to identify, assess, and manage compliance and risk issues
• Support governance and risk forums, including documentation, tracking, and follow‑up actions
• Assist with third‑party risk management activities across the full lifecycle
• Contribute to compliance approaches related to data, digital, and emerging technologies
• Support compliance culture initiatives, including training, communication, and speak‑up programs

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or regulated business environments
• Business‑level fluency in Japanese and English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate risk into clear, practical guidance
