To capitalise on the company’s expansion in Japan, they are looking to hire and want someone to join their team in the Tokyo Office.

Your new role

You’ll effectively work hands-on directly with the Legal & Compliance head as the Compliance Manager, providing compliance support for the company and ensuring products are aligned with Japan’s legislation, regulations, guidance, and codes associated with healthcare compliance. Leading the company’s Compliance and Ethics programs, promoting, and sending a strong message across the company on a global and local scale.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within compliance will lead to your success, as well as:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of Japan’s healthcare compliance from either pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device companies
• Native Japanese and Business English preferred
• Independent contributor experience
