Your new role

  • Assist clients and guests in a professional manner
  • Handle reception duties, phone calls, and general enquiries
  • Support administrative tasks and office management
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with client needs
  • Maintain a tidy and organised workspace environment


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as a receptionist, concierge, or in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native-level Japanese; basic English is acceptable
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
