Your new role
- Assist clients and guests in a professional manner
- Handle reception duties, phone calls, and general enquiries
- Support administrative tasks and office management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with client needs
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a receptionist, concierge, or in customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native-level Japanese; basic English is acceptable
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
