A major CRO is currently recruiting for a Project Manager!
If you have clinical leadership experience, no management experience is necessary.

[Role]
・Communicate with clients and provide deliverables as requested by clients
・Manage cross-project tasks, timelines, and budgets, and identify and resolve issues
・Propose improvements to project management

[Specific job duties]
・Oversight of projects from start to finish
・Overall liaison with clients
・Facilitate internal and external meetings
・Facilitate internal communication and team building
・Resolve various issues that arise during implementation and develop measures to prevent recurrence
・Create and manage plans
・Manage timelines and costs

[Experience]
・More than 7 years of experience in clinical development of pharmaceuticals
(CRA/PM support, monitoring experience)
・More than 3 years of project management experience
(Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, or Clinical Leader)
・Associate Project Manager or PMP qualification
・Business level English

Able to work about once a week
Flexible work hours with no core time available.
