Your new role

As a Clinical Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical trials by managing the end-to-end logistics of investigational products, including highly specialised and temperature-sensitive materials.

You will coordinate international shipments, ensure strict compliance with chain of custody and chain of identity requirements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional global stakeholders such as Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners. This position sits within the clinical study team and directly contributes to the successful execution of clinical trials.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in clinical logistics, supply chain, or related field (2–4+ years)
  • Knowledge of international logistics, cold chain, or regulated environments
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work across global cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with GCP, IATA, or pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to manage multiple priorities
